1. About First Class
First Class, KVK 99490153, VAT NL005391072B19, visiting address shielded in the Business Register, Netherlands operates this online university exam preparation service. It provides practice questions tailored to each course, explanations, mock exams and progress tools. You can reach us through our contact page or at support@firstclassprep.nl.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep access to your account secure and notify us if you suspect misuse. One account is for one person. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement or have permission from a parent or guardian where required.
3. Programme content and releases
Access is organised by university and programme. Questions and mock exams may be released for specific exam periods. Future material can remain locked until its scheduled opening, and review of question text or explanations can close when a release ends. Your saved scores may remain visible. The amount of material available is shown on the relevant programme or class page and may grow over time.
4. Free and paid access
Eligible students can receive full access to currently released material in their selected programme until 1 November 2026 without providing card details. Free access ends automatically and does not become a paid subscription unless you actively choose to subscribe. Students may also choose a paid monthly subscription immediately. A paid subscription provides continued access to currently released material for the selected programme. Availability does not guarantee that every future course, university or exam period will be covered. Prices and billing frequency are shown before payment, including VAT where applicable.
5. Renewal, cancellation and withdrawal
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not charge cancellation fees. You can also use our clearly available cancellation and withdrawal form. Statutory withdrawal, refund and digital-service rights that apply to you remain unaffected. When you request immediate access, we begin supplying the service straight away; this does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.
6. Acceptable use
You may use First Class for your own study. You may not share accounts; systematically copy, scrape, record or redistribute questions or explanations; bypass release controls; probe the service for vulnerabilities; interfere with other users; or use the material to create a competing question bank. A brief personal screenshot for genuine support is allowed, but collecting or distributing substantial content is not.
7. Intellectual property
First Class and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, branding, questions, explanations and mock exams. Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use available content during your access period. University and course names identify the curriculum covered and do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
8. Educational disclaimer
First Class complements lectures, official course materials and textbooks. We do not guarantee a particular grade, that every possible exam topic will appear, or that practice questions will be identical to a university exam. You remain responsible for checking official course and examination information.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and accurate but may perform maintenance, correct mistakes, update questions or change features. We will not materially reduce a paid service without a valid reason and appropriate notice. If a serious defect prevents normal use, contact us so we can restore access or provide the remedy required by law.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, payment failure, security threats or serious breach of these terms. We will normally explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it unless doing so would create a security or legal risk.
11. Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, First Class is not responsible for indirect loss or decisions made solely on the basis of practice results.
12. Governing law and changes
Dutch law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. We may update these terms for legal, security or service reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means the updated terms apply.
